Agreement and acknowledgement

By downloading or using Manifestly: Daily Affirmations, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is concluded between you (the “End-User”) and the developer of Manifestly, not with Apple Inc. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app, its content, and any related claims or support.

Purpose of the app

Manifestly is a manifestation and mindset wellness app designed to help you build the best version of yourself. With simple daily practices you can create gratitude journals, affirmations, vision boards and identity cards that keep you connected to your goals and your best self.

Wellness, not professional advice

Manifestly is a self-reflection and personal wellness tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for support from a qualified professional. The app does not guarantee that affirmations, visualisation or any other practice will produce a specific result.

Scope of license and acceptable use

Manifestly is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.

Important: you may not distribute, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the app or any part of it.

Free and Premium plans

Manifestly has a free plan and a Premium plan. The free plan includes limited notes, affirmations, vision boards and identity cards; Premium removes those limits and adds iCloud sync. See the features page for a side-by-side comparison.

• Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not delete content you have already created, although free-plan limits may prevent you from adding more items.

Your content, data and backups

All content you create in Manifestly is stored locally on your device, and optionally in your own iCloud account if you enable sync. We do not operate any servers to collect or process your data. Please review our privacy policy for more detail.

You remain responsible for the content you create and for keeping an available copy. If you delete content or uninstall the app without iCloud sync, we cannot retrieve it for you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifestly and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. In no event shall our total liability exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50.00).

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
